MIT and Harvard are the top-ranked universities in the world. They are known for their quality education and excellent research opportunities. There is a big difference when it comes to research and research budgets of MIT and IIT. Whether you are going for a PhD program or for any scientific research, MIT offers one of the best environments in the world for conducting research. MIT University conducts virtual interviews through a member of MIT Educcational Council to assess the applicants in person. The interview usually lasts between 30 minutes to 2 hours and is not formal. Interviews are basically to assess the applicant's aspirations, passions and goals which are directly or indirectly related to either themselves or towards innovation.

Both MIT and Harvard are two of the most difficult universities to get into as the acceptance rate at both the universities are incredibly low with around 4%. This is solely on the choice of an applicant where he / she want to take admission. Both the universities offer 50+ majors in a variety of fields and there are a number of student clubs that students can join.

There are two main reasons why someone would choose the University of Oklahoma over MIT. These are OU is much cheaper than MIT when it comes to the cost of education and secondly,  OU’s faculty is quite experienced. Also, ROI of OU is much better than MIT. These points are explained below:

Yes, GMAT / GRE is an important criterion to get into MIT MBA. As such, there is no minimum score required for GMAT for admission to MIT. But, the median GMAT score is 730. Besides the GMAT / Score, the interested applicants must have an undergraduate degree to take admission to the MIT MBA course.
