There is nothing mentioned about the result of Masters in Journalism in Guru Gobind Singh, Indraprastha University is out or not. As far as I know, it is yet to be declared. I think you have to wait for few weeks.

Yes, you can do that because of M.Sc just a Masters of your B.Tech branch, you can do this without any problem.

If you are student under University Of Pune, there are fair chances to get admission in India. If not, then you will be allowed in 3-4 th CAP round for sure.

If you stay in hostel you will get four times of meal, it has college bus facilities but there is a rule for hostel timings, so if you are comfortable with that then you can stay in the hostel or else you can go for PG. PG(s) are available near the college.
