The requirement for pg diploma is bachelor's degree + IELTS of 6/ Toefl 80 above. If you hv Gmat/Gre score its good.
I would suggest you to select the colleges first, check their individual requirement as Canada is provincial in nature so independent too. See how much you can afford to pay( 15000

UK is the best. It is one year masters and you save one year of your life. You have more specific radiology specialised courses available. Cost also cheaper than USA.

Min package would be 3 lakhs pa
Average would be 5 lakhs for fresher
And maximum can go upto 8 lakhs for fresher
welingkar gets good placements and their students are even better trained so good chances of getting higher packages
