Between MAT score and MAT percentile, the latter is considered for admission in most of the MAT accepting colleges. The MAT percentile is used for first round of candidate selection. In the first round, candidate's MAT percentile and academic scores are considered basis which they are selected for GD-PI. Thus, MAT aspirants must ensure that they perform optimally in all the sections of MAT to get a good percentile.

Most of the MAT participating colleges consider the highest score among all attempts. So, out of the two attempts, you can use the session in which you scored more to apply for MBA admission. There are some MAT accepting colleges, which accept the score of the latest attempt. So, before applying do check the admission criteria of the college and then use the MAT score accordingly.

Matoshri Ushatai Jadhav Institute of Management Studies and Research Centre (MUIMRC) doesn't declare its own MAT result date since the MAT exam is conducted by AIMA (All India Management Association).

For the May 2025 session, MAT results are expected in the third week of June 2025. After results are declared, you can download your scorecard from the official MAT website (mat.aima.in) and use it to apply to MUIMRC through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) in Maharashtra. Keep an eye on both the MAT and MUIMRC websites for updates on application timelines.

The date of declaration of MAT results is usually fixed by the conducting organization, which is AIMA (All India Management Association), and not by each institution like Wings Business School (WBS). MAT results are usually declared about two or three weeks after the day of the test. 

The result of MAT (Management Aptitude Test) usually comes out in 3-4 weeks after the test conducted for Aruna Manharlal Shah Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai under the umbrella of SGSJK. MAT scores for the December 2024 session are expected to be out by mid January 2025. Every candidate should preferably wait for the exact date to check the result notice on the official MAT website or the AMSIMR admissions portal. The Management Aptitude Test (MAT) result date for Pillai Institute of Management Studies and Research (PIMSR) depends on the session. Here are some general MAT result release dates:

May phase: Results are released in June–July

September phase: Results are released in October

December phase: Results are released in January 

Candidates can download their MAT results from the AIMA-MAT website. 

After the MAT results are announced, colleges will send invitations for WAT/GD/PI or admission to the candidates. AIMA will also send the candidates' MAT scores directly to the colleges for admission shortlisting

St. Francis Institute of Management and Research (SFIMAR) accepts MAT scores for its admission to the MBA/PGDM programs. The dates of result for MAT are not specific for SFIMAR as they are released by the All India Management Association, which conducts the test. MAT is conducted several times a year, and the results normally come out within two weeks from the date of the exam. For knowing MAT dates or SFIMAR admission deadline, check with the university and apply and submit the scores within that time schedule.

MAT results for the December 2024 session are likely to be announced by January 10, 2025. Lotus Business School accepts scores through MAT in its admission procedure for the MBA and PGDM programmes. The dates for result announcement may be slightly different so that one can keep a tab on the official MAT website or admissions portal at LBS. Scores will be published online.

The MAT (Management Aptitude Test) result dates vary based on the test mode and registration cycle.
