Yes, you have a very good chance of getting into the MBA in Business Analytics program at Chandigarh University, even if your graduation score is under 60%. CU's basic requirement for MBA is at least 50% in graduation, so you're already eligible academically. Your 85% in MAT is an excellent score and significantly strengthens your application. In fact, scoring between 85–89.99% in MAT may qualify you for a 20% scholarship on semester fees, depending on seat availability. Yes, Chandigarh University accepts MAT scores for MBA admissions. The university gives preference to students who have appeared for national-level entrance tests like MAT, CMAT, ATMA, or XAT. If your MAT percentile is 90% or above, you can get direct admission without any other test. Along with that, you'll also receive scholarship benefits—students scoring above 90% get a 25% semester fee scholarship, and those scoring between 85–89.99% get a 20% semester fee scholarship. No, MAT scores are not compulsory for admission to MBA courses at Future Institute of Engineering and Management. The college also accepts JEMAT scores. Therefore, candidates can get admission to the MBA course with relevant scores in MAT. However, it is not compulsory. Thus, applicants with scores in either MAT or JEMAT can get enrolled in the course.

Yes, it is possible to get a Balaji Institute of Modern Management MBA seat with a valid score in the MAT examination. The institute accepts CAT, CMAT, MAT, and various other entrance exams for MBA admissions. The institute also conducts an in-house entrance test for students who have not appeared in any one of the above-mentioned exams.

Between MAT score and MAT percentile, the latter is considered for admission in most of the MAT accepting colleges. The MAT percentile is used for first round of candidate selection. In the first round, candidate's MAT percentile and academic scores are considered basis which they are selected for GD-PI. Thus, MAT aspirants must ensure that they perform optimally in all the sections of MAT to get a good percentile.

Most of the MAT participating colleges consider the highest score among all attempts. So, out of the two attempts, you can use the session in which you scored more to apply for MBA admission. There are some MAT accepting colleges, which accept the score of the latest attempt. So, before applying do check the admission criteria of the college and then use the MAT score accordingly.
