NIT Warangal Admission 2026 FAQs
NIT Warangal MSc is a two-year duration programme offered in three specialisations. National Institute of Technology, Warangal MSc admission is entrance-based and depends on candidates' performance in Joint Admission Test (JAM). It is an all-India-level online entrance exam conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) every year on a rotational basis.
Candidates receive a refund of caution deposit, hostel fee and mess advance after deduction of INR 5,000 and mess charges, if any on cancellation of admission before the date of commencement of class work at NIT Warangal.
For cancellation on or after the date of commencement of class work, caution deposit and mess advance is refunded. Hostel is not refundable.
NIT Warangal offers a two-year MCA course. Candidates interested in applying to the course must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- A minimum of 60% aggregate in graduation
- In case of CGPA, a minimum of 6.5/10 is required
- Candidates from the reserved categories are given a concession of 5% in the minimum aggregate required in graduation
