Date of exam for CAT-2019 is based on the notifications released by August registration is done throughout September and exam will be conducted on November or December. MAT exams are conducted twice a year by February and September. But, the registration dates may vary. All the best.

The following colleges can best suited to your MAT score as under:-
1. Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Bangalore
2. Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad
3. TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal
4. National Institute of Technology Warangal.

Your score is very low to get a good MBA college. I suggest you take a drop, try next year and try to get a better score than this. At least try to touch 70 % if possible.

You need to go in which you wanted to take admission, and ask them about the loan interest rate and different procedure to follow. Or, if they have any tie up with bank to give low interest rate to students.
