Yes, May 2018 attempt of MAT exam going to be conducted for 2018 admissions only. The score card is valid for 1 year.

Your graduation score is less than 50% so it would be difficult for you to get admission for regular MBA. As minimum eligibility to get into a good MBA college you need minimum 50% in graduation.
You can get admission in online or distance MBA. I am sharing with you MAT eligibility criteria below:

Graduates in any discipline can take the exam.
Final year graduation students can also apply.
There is no age limit for MAT exam.
MAT is held four times in a year: February, May, September and December.
