The cutoff of Dalmia for MAT is above 99.5 percentile. You can try for PGDM program, as there are chances of getting selected if you crack GDPI.

You can still get good college just apply for college's GD/PI process and get your self enrolled. There are many good colleges such as :-
BIMTECH
LBS
JIMS Rohini
FORE

No, you cannot apply. The minimum cutoff is 600.
