You have less chance. But if you have good score in degree and intermediate and if you can perform well in the GD and PI you will get .

Till now, MAT score above 630 is applicable as cutoff for TSM in December 2016.Maybe it may or may not increase next year.

Both scores accepted,but for MAT February it is difficult, you can apply with previous MAT scores.
The last day for submission of application is 21st January 2017. GD and interview is scheduled on 28th January 2017.

You need to secure at least 50 percentile in MAT examination. However, if you have not appeared in either of the competitive examination, you may request the institute to consider you for their Internal Online Examination (IAAT) to qualify for the PGPM + MBA degree programme.

It will be very difficult as you have less than 50% aggregate in graduation. AICTE and UGC rules says that to pursuing MBA, a minimum 50% aggregate score is required.
