Eligibility for MAT is that applicant should have Bachelors degree in any discipline. Candidates should have done graduation or its equivalent under 10+2+3 examination pattern, from any recognised institute of University, which is recognised by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.

Only B.Tech graduates can apply to NIT Warangal.
However you can look for other colleges for B.com graduates in the link provided below:

Yes, the following information makes you clear: PUMBA strictly follows the DTE rules for its admission process of MBA+.
For Maharashtra candidates, students have to qualify MH-CET exam. For Outside Maharashtra Candidates (OMS), students can apply through CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT/MH-CET.
