If you have commerce with Maths in 10+2 then you will be eligible for BSc Maths but if you have only commerce as the main stream, then you are not eligible.

The basic eligibility criteria set for M.Sc Mathematics course is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with mathematics, as the main subject, from any recognized university or board. So, if you had Mathematics as one of your main subject in graduation, then you can apply for the course.
