Maths Eligibility

Here is the eligibility for IIT JAM chem exam
Bachelors degree (at least 10+2+3) with Chemistry as a major/honours subject and Mathematics and Physics as other subjects, or
Candidates having a Bachelors degree (at least 10+2+3) without (Major/Honours) must have the concerned degree with (a) Chemistry as a subject for three years/six semesters, (b) Minimum 2 (Two) courses in Mathematics (c) Minimum 2 (Two) courses in Physics
or
Chemistry as a subject for three years of 6 semesters. Many IIT have different criteria. Go through admission brochure of IIT JAM. They don't ask for Maths as 12th subject. But still have query then contact the IIT JAM organizing institute.

As per the eligibility, students have to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Chemistry English and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST.
