Here is the eligibility for IIT JAM chem exam
Bachelors degree (at least 10+2+3) with Chemistry as a major/honours subject and Mathematics and Physics as other subjects, or
Candidates having a Bachelors degree (at least 10+2+3) without (Major/Honours) must have the concerned degree with (a) Chemistry as a subject for three years/six semesters, (b) Minimum 2 (Two) courses in Mathematics (c) Minimum 2 (Two) courses in Physics
or
Chemistry as a subject for three years of 6 semesters. Many IIT have different criteria. Go through admission brochure of IIT JAM. They don't ask for Maths as 12th subject. But still have query then contact the IIT

As per the eligibility, students have to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Chemistry English and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. In this case, if had Biology in +2, THEN YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR B.Tech Biotechnology. If you are looking for the best university for B.Sc. If you want go in teaching then you do not need to complete B.Ed after MCA to be eligible for CTET. If you are looking at Computer teaching jobs like PGT or TGT in private or government schools then you can apply without appearing for B.Ed or CTET.

Yes, commerce students can apply for B.Sc. (Hons) in Statistics but they should have Maths Economics or CS in their 10+2 subjects. Hope it helps.

The basic eligibility criteria for DU admission to B.Sc. Mathematics 2022 is to pass the 10+2 level with mathematics as the main subject. Candidates who have completed the 10+2 or equivalent exam in PCM from a recognized board are eligible for B.Sc. Mathematics.
