The Science stream candidates can apply for CSIR NET exam which is similar to UGC NET exam conducted to determine the eligibility criteria for assistant professor and JRF. The CSIR NET exam is held in five subjects in life Science, mathematical Science, physical Science, chemical and earth Science subjects. The CSIR NET exam is divided in three sections. Sections 1 is common for all the subjects while paper 2 and 3 consists questions form their post-graduation subjects or its related subjects only. As paper 2 &3 consists questions related to your PG subject, they should apply for their PG subject or its related subjects only. The registration process for June session has been extended by NTA for the fourth time till 30th June.
