6. Research and PhD:More than 30 research scholars are pursuing their Ph.D. in various emerging areas of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The research laboratories are equipped with world class equipments like SEM, UV-VIS-NIR Spectroscope, L-C-R Meter, Holography set up etc. The department has received funding from various funding agencies like DST, DRDO etc. More than 50 research papers per year are published by various faculty members of the Department in International journals of repute.
