The basic criteria for the admission is:

Minimum 50%marks in Graduation from a recognised institution.A good Score in either Karnataka PGCET or CMAT.

Mizoram University offers a two-year MBA (Regular) and MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management courses. For admission to MBA (Regular), students need to qualify for either of CAT/ XAT/MAT/CMAT entrance exam with a valid score. While for MBA (T&HM) admission, Mizoram University's Department of Tourism & Hospitality Management conducts an entrance exam. The final selection for both courses is based on the performance of candidates in the GD/PI rounds conducted at the university.

Institute of Business Management, GLA University offers MBA in four domains. The eligibility criteria for MBA at Institute of Business Management, GLA includes an aggregate of 60% and above in graduation from a recognised university. A minimum of 50% in 10+2. And the admissipn is done on the basis of competitive exams' scores. The exams accepted at Institute of Business Management, GLA University are GLAET, CUET-PG, MAT, XAT and CAT.

The Mizoram campus of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts University is accepting applications for the programs of  MBA.  Candidates must have at least 45% in their graduation from an accredited university in order to be admitted to ICFAI Mizoram PG. A 50% score on the entrance exam and an interview are required for admission to the PhD programme at ICFAI University Mizoram.
