Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) results are accepted by Thiruvalluvar University for admission to its MBA program. Through its affiliated colleges, the university provides PGDM and MBA programs. The MBA programme at Karnataka University accepts scores from a variety of entrance exams. A bachelor's degree that is at least three years old and has 50% of its total points from all subjects—including language courses—is required to be eligible. The following entrance exams are part of the Karnataka University MBA programme selection process: KMAT, CAT, CMAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT, and PGCET. Any of these tests can be taken by students in order to be considered for admission to Karnataka University's MBA program.

In order to get admission to MBA at MCKV, the minimum eligibility is to Graduate with Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Computer Science from a recognised university, which is a mandatory step to clear before applying. Vidyasagar University accepts national-level entrance exams such as MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT, etc., for admission to its MBA programme. MBA is offered via the university's affiliated colleges as well. Candidates must qualify the eligibility criteria too, i.e., bachelor's degree with 45% aggregate. Interested candidates must fill out the online/offline application form and appear for the group discussion/ personal interview conducted by the university. MBA is also offered via the affiliating colleges of Vidyasagar University.

Exams MAH CET/ CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ GMAT is accepted for admission to the MBA course at the university. A bachelors' degree of minimum 3-Years after 10+2 examination, from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST/PwD). Candidates in the final year of graduation are also eligible, provided they have a certificate from the head of the college. A valid cut-off score of CAT/GMAT. PGCET Passing Marks for MBA admission: The minimum marks to be attained should be at least 50 percent (for candidates belonging to the general category) and 45 percent (for candidates belonging to the SC / ST category).

Other than CAT, IIM Jammu also accepts GMAT/ GRE/ IIMJAT entrance exam scores for admission to the EMBA course. Interested candidates need to prepare and score well in any of the aforementioned entrance exams to get shortlisted for the further rounds of selection.

To get admission to MBA at Sigma University, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria before applying for the course. Direct admissions are offerd to candidates based on their previous merit scores. Futher, candidates are also given option to apply via ACPC Counselling.
