MBA Eligibility

The University of Agricultural Sciences Bangalore (UASB) offers an MBA program. The basic eligibility for the MBA programme is a bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant subjects. 
Here are some other eligibility criteria: 

• Candidates must have passed a bachelor's degree of minimum of 3 years duration examination or equivalent.
• Candidates must have obtained an aggregate with the mentioned marks.
• Candidates must have a minimum OGPA of 5.50 /10.00.
• Candidates who have obtained any Diploma or vocational course after matriculation will not be eligible.

UASB also accepts the following exams for MBA admission: Karnataka PGCET, ICAR AIEEA.

Sandhya and Swati Sharma MBA Leadership Award applies to only Masters courses. This is a merit-based scholarship availale for international students who apply for master's admission at the university. Sandhya and Swati Sharma MBA Leadership Award awards up to CAD 10,000 or (INR 6.21 L) per year to various international students. Below is given the minimum eligibility to be eligible for the scholarships:

• Applicants must have an undergraduate degree and any further academic qualifications
• Must demonstrate leadership skills
• Work Experience: A minimum of two years of full-time work experience after completion of an undergraduate degree is required
• English Language Proficiency:
• IELTS: A score of 7.0 is required with a minimum of 7.0 in each category
• TOEFL: A score of 100 is required with a minimum of 20 in each category
• Interview

Qualifications for Education: The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited university with a bachelor's degree in any discipline. A minimum of 50% of total points are needed.
Exams for Entrance: Valid scores in CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, GMAT, NMAT, ATMA, or UPESMET are needed. Exam-specific minimum percentiles differ.
Selection Procedure: Those who made the short list must go through a selection procedure that includes a group discussion, personal interview, and MICAT exam. The basis for final admission is cumulative performance.
English Proficiency: For applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds, evidence of English proficiency may be needed through tests such as the TOEFL, IELTS, etc.

If you have opt for the full time MBA programme then no work experience is required, but for part-time MBA programme it is required to have minimum experience of 2 years.

80% in graduation and 93% and above aggregate in class 12^th. 75 % in graduation with 88% and above aggregate in class 12^th. For MBA candidates scoring minimum 80-75 percentile in CAT or 500 in GMAT or 550 in MAT.The university conducts its own entrance exam-AMCAT for shortlisting candidates. Besides, Amity Raipur also accepts national-level entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, CUET UG, JEE Main etc. Amity University, Raipur  informs the candidates about the admission process through the Admission Micro Site. By logging in the micro site, the candidates can know about the status of their form (whether accepted or not). Once accepted, candidates are called for selection process which may be an entrance test, group discussion or personal interview.
