Your score is on the lower side, it will be difficult to get calls from good tier-I and tier-II colleges. Better to try MBA entrance exam next year or look for other entrance exams score.

No, students receive call after CAT results are declared. After CAT result declaration, institutes call candidates based on the criteria and seats allocated for that particular year.

PUMBA doesn't offer MBA-IB. Your CMAT percentile is low, so its difficult to get admission here.
If you wish to repeat then you can secure good score next year maybe around 95 and above percentile.

CMAT is an all India level exam so seats are not reserved for any category like OBC, SC. On the basis of merit the seats are distributed. The all India cutoff for Dalmia is above 99.5 percentile.

70 percentile is quite low.
But, you can try for PGDM, 50% weightage is given to the past academic records and entrance exam marks.
So, you can try by clearing the GD and PI round.

The cutoff of Dalmia for MAT is above 99.5 percentile. You can try for PGDM program, as there are chances of getting selected if you crack GDPI.
