You can select any of them as per your interest. IAS is the highest exam conducted in India for Administrative Services and there is nothing better than that not even MBA if it is cleared. MBA is also good if you want to go in management field. The syllabus for MBA is Quantitative Aptitude, Analytical Reasoning, Logical Ability, Decision Making Analysis, English Comprehension and Grammar and also General Knowledge in some of the exams. In IAS the syllabus is general awareness, quantitative and logical ability test, history, geography, general science, economics, maths, general administration, political science, Indian arts and culture

As the cut-off usually goes high to above 70 percentile, you have a lesser chance of getting shortlisted. As you say that you have a work experience, so still you can apply.
