Hi,
If the privileges for you means any special reservations, then no. CAT has few components that give engineers an edge over other test takers from different streams purely because of the questions asked and their preparation. Mostly the highest percentiles are taken by engineers so it has become a myth.

You can select any of them as per your interest. IAS is the highest exam conducted in India for Administrative Services and there is nothing better than that not even MBA if it is cleared. MBA is also good if you want to go in management field. The syllabus for MBA is Quantitative Aptitude, Analytical Reasoning, Logical Ability, Decision Making Analysis, English Comprehension and Grammar and also General Knowledge in some of the exams.
