Segregate the syllabus into time duration and prepare accordingly. Be consistent and fear nothing, not everyone sitting in the exam is an expert. You can try colleges like Sri Balaji Society, XIME Bangalore, Christ Bangalore, Kriloskar Pune, etc. Kindly, check their respective websites for the deadlines of the application forms.

It is important, as many good colleges take MAT score. But, it is not compulsory as well as not the only way to get into MBA colleges.

90 marks in CMAT is a very low score. It is better you re appear in thus years CAT/XAT/CMAT and improve your score. A score around 85-90 percentile and above is good to get into a good B-school.
