You can get admission in Tier 2 business schools in Pune like Balaji Group and Sydenham. Again, they also conduct GD and PI for the same. Apart from that IITs offer MBA programme, try for them. New IIMs are there, try for them too.

Aditya Institute of Management Studies and Research offers PGDM and PGDM in marketing through CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT and CET. If you score 70-80 percentile then you can get admission in the same.

No, there are no direct exams for MBA in IIM apart from CAT. One has to qualify CAT to get admission into IIMs. Apart from MBA, there are some management courses which are launched by IIMs individually.
