If the circumstances of your life permit you to go for a job, then it would be better to do the same. Having some amount of work-experience will always be beneficial during your MBA journey.

You make go for MBA / M.Com or a professional course like CA/CWA or in banking sector by giving various banking exams. Depending on your interests you can go for these. As you are in 1st year, if possible you can also complete professional courses like CA with your graduation.

Your score is on lower side. You can re appear for next year's CAT. You can improve your score you already have benefit of good academic track record. Work experience of little above 2 years will add to your work profile, this will help you in getting call through profile based selection.

You can apply in BIMTECH-Noida, IMI and LBS-Delhi, chances are less for IMI and LBS. For BIMTECH, application form is open.
