I don't have a list of books but I know two good books which will definitely help you in CMAT preparation:
1) Arihant's CMAT complete reference book
2) GKP's CMAT preparation book

The pattern of CMAT is:
1)Quantitative Ability - 25Qx4M = 100M
2)Logical Reasoning - 25Qx4M = 100M
3)Verbal Ability - 25Qx4M = 100M
4)GK - 25Qx4M = 100M
So Grand Total = 400Marks
Correct Answer - +4 Marks
Wrong Answer - -1Marks

You should aim for a minimum of 60% in B.Com and 95+ percentile in CAT for a good college. Less than this percentile, you cannot get a good college.

You have a good score and with this score, you can try for Alliance University-Bangalore, XIME-Bangalore, Christ University-Bangalore and AIMS-Bangalore.

Candidates who have appeared for XAT-2016 or XAT-2017 or CMAT-2017 test or have taken the GMAT (1st January 2013 to 31 March 2017) are only eligible to seek admission in IMT-H.

You can try for ITM-Mumbai, Balaji Institutes-Pune, XIME-Bangalore, XIMR-Mumbai, BIMTECH-Noida, Christ University-Bangalore, Alliance University-Bangalore, ICFAI-Hyderabad and ASB-Coimbatore.

CAT, MAT and GMAT does not have predefined syllabus. CAT tests candidates general aptitude including verbal ability (English), quantitative ability (mathematics), logical reasoning and data interpretation skills. MAT has five sections such as English language comprehension, mathematical skills, data analysis and sufficiency, intelligence and critical reasoning and Indian and global environment. The GMAT exam consists of four separately timed sections such as analytical writing assessment essay, integrated reasoning section, quantitative section and verbal section

MAT has only a few good colleges some of them include Christ University-Bangalore (cutoff 600+ marks), ITM-Mumbai (above 75 percentile) and Balaji Institutes-Pune (cutoff above 70 percentile).
