Last year, the cut off of CAT for SPJAIN was around 96 percentile .The portfolio should be exceptional for getting admission to this premier institute .

If you belong to general category, you need to score above 98.28 percentile to get admission in IIMs.
If you belong to SC or ST category, then you should score above 38 percentile in CAT exam.

I think OBC-A has been changed to open category, and the minimum of 50 percent marks are required to appear for CAT exam.

Try to do very well in the other sections of CAT exam other than logical section. All the sections are qually important so get to know the marks held by other sections and emphasize on them. If you study accordingly you'll be able to score 75% for sure.

To get into any of the best business schools to pursue MBA in your required field. It is essential to apply for any of the above entrance exam that you have already mentioned. But you forgot to mention about SNAP test.
