Yes, you can get admission to a college if you score well in the CAT even if your academic score is low. Many Schools consider other factors in addition to CAT scores, such as academic profile, extracurricular activities, and personal traits. The minimum cutoff for admission to IIMs and top b schools may consider CAT score between 80-90 percentile.

The admission to the PGP course offered by MET Institute of Software Development and Research does not need candidates to crack the CAT exam, rather there is a separate test called MET Online Test. MET Institute of Software Development and Research admission is entrance-based for courses offered at PG levels. Some of the popular exams accepted by the institution for admission are MET Online Test, etc.. The institution offers 1 course to the students in the streams of Data Science and Machine Learning.

The GNIOT CAT cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the PGDM programme for various categories. For the General AI category, the estimated cutoff was 25 overall and 25 sectional. Students who attain a CAT percentile of at least 25 are then eligible to proceed to the 2nd round of admissions, which involves WAT, GD or PI.

Note - The cutoff data given here is based on an estimate of the previous years and is therefore not official.
