As per last year, all India quota cutoff is 99.2 percentile. All the exams except MBA CET comes under all India quota.

Dear Subrata,
You can prepare for MAT by self study it's not that tough that you need a teacher for it, you can easily score around 90% in MAT by self study.
Reff book is Arihant's MAT preparation.

There is no fixed answer for this as there are a lot of factors that determine your chances of getting into IIMA. IIMA usually prepares composite score which assigns different weights to your 10th, 12th and UG marks and also CAT Percentile. With 65% and 71% you are seriously disadvantaged in 10th and 12th, hence you will have to make sure that you get really good CAT percentile. If I have to guess, I would tell you to score more than 99.8 percentile. SO prepare really well and give your best shot at CAT.

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

CAT exam tests the skills of the aspirant in four main sections: Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical & Analytical Reasoning and Data Interpretation. It is also a test of time management.
