MAT is not only the deciding factor, deciding factor is personal interview
and specialization is based upon personal interview which is given in 2nd Semester.

Top mba colleges like IIM accept CAT so doing CAT would be beneficial and it is accepted nationwide so CAT would be sufficient
other specific exams like XAT should be given if you want admission in XLRI or few others
In maharashtra there is CET
so Find out which college you wish to apply and then select the exam
So I would say dont give every exam it will be waste of money and time
Just concentrate on 1 or 2 entrance exam

Dear Sameer,
To get in good college on the basis of cat exam minimum % should be somewhere above 85%.
coz there are few IIM's which accepts % above 85 and few other top private B.schools as well.
