Hi Shekhar, With this percentile and experience you have very good chances of conversion. Gap doesn't matter in DSM selection process. Last year the weightage was 80:20 and this year also you can expect it to be same. All the best for GDPI.

Hello, the cut off is about 80 percentile so there is a good chance that you will get a call for GD/PI.
