The last year CMAT cutoff score was 181. So depends on your score and the cut off this year. Though I didn't get your 10th CGPA ( normally we have percentages ), if it is your graduation CGPA and your 12th marks both are good to get selected provided you do perform well too in GD - PI.
Please note only CAT / CMAT / ATMA percentile and scores are considered, not SNAP.

Dear Mithun,
As for as I know, the admission at NSB is based on composite index (Total score Index). The index consists of the following: 1. Your 10th Std. 2. 12th Std. 3. Graduation percentage ( till the last exam passed) 4. test score 5. performance in the interview, 6. prior work experience, 7. level of maturity and motivation, 8. ability and willingness to make a commitment to the graduate study in business, 9. extra curricular achievements, honors and awards>
I guess test score is only one of the above. If you are good in others, you can apply irrespective of your test score. Let me tell you one thing. What do you lose by applying? A

You have cleared the cutoff for eligibility. But getting a call will depend on your acads, extra curriculars and work ex if any. Your application will be considered too. So Good luck!

The shortlist is prepared on the basis of profile. Your CAT percentile along with your academic and extra curicular record is taken into consideration.
