Looking at last years' cut off of 96%ile of cmat, you do have a chance to get shortlisted. But please note that if you want to take a chance, you may. There will be sectional cut offs too and your complete profile will also be evaluated.

Xat will have a definite cut off just like last years' cut off 80%ile. Over and above this there will be sectional cut offs which won't be revealed by the college.
