Talking about my personal experience, the university is entirely residential for students including all facilities and offers a wide range of exposure. I would list down few viewpoints which would answer why you should join Chandigarh university.
1. Academics: CU follows industry-oriented course curriculum based on the input of industry experts. The faculties are experienced which focuses on enhancing project-based and experiential learning. They also encourage students to involve in research learning.

Campus life: Along with academics, students can actively participate in the various events organised in the campus like Tech Events, Youth Summits, Sports& Adventure etc. and explore their talent and interests. Live in concerts including famous Bollywood celebrities add immense enjoyment to the college life.
3. Global Exposure: CU welcomes students from across India and from more than 37 countries. The university has signed MOUs with many international institutions which provide students to avail for international semester exchange programs and international internship programs providing global exposure and variability in their course.
4. PIBM accepts CAT, XAT,CMAT, MAT, MH-CET scores. In case if the student has scored less than the accepted score, he or she can appear for PIBM's internal assessment test PMAT. The selection procedure at PIBM pays attention to certain factors like previous academic records, aptitude test, interviews, groups discussion, and work experience. It helps the institute to understand the current level of a student on these parameters, who is taking the admission. So, if you haven't scored good marks in CAT but want to take admission then you can still go ahead with the application process and the college will check your capabilities during the selection process.

Hi, In order to take admission in MBA the eligibility criteria needs to be MET in LPU. The eligibility is 55% + LPUNEST/CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT+ Interview or Completed Company Secretary CS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or Completed Chartered Accountancy CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Completed Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). Let me share with you interview competencies that are tested as part of MBA interviews in LPU. The various parameters includes Fluency, Grammatical errors, elaboaration of concept, Clarity in thought process, Confidence, General Awareness and leadership quality. In LPU when you sit for an MBA interview there are 2 panelists one from the core domain and the other from soft skills to assess you on speaking skills. Both the panelists will be rating you on the competency and a score will be generated. On the basis of the cut off score only you will considered as qualified or not.

In order to get admission you need to be a graduate with a minimum of 50% marks. If you have completed your graduation and have a decent score on the management aptitude test then the candidate should be able to apply. The important factor is your CAT or MAT percentile. The admissions process is quite the same as other top B-schools. Chandigarh University is one of the best colleges to pursue MBA, their Teaching faculty is Awesome, the two years you spend is totally worth it to become a Professional. Their starting package is around 4l which is pretty less though. Guys I am not trying to promote this college but every college has its own pros and cons. For that matter need that level of Expertise and training foundation. Now the next question is how to go about it? You need to look for colleges that have International standards. There are Institutes like SP Jain, IIM, etc. Can truly transform your career with the innovative Pedagogy and top class educational exposure. I can think of a Institute called as Regenesys Institute of Management, they are an International Institute and have presence across many countries luckily they have one branch in Mumbai, their starting package is 10l, they take you Johannesburg for the second year of your course, more over they place you internationally. Sadly for us they don't have any branch in Punjab, but the good news is they have a residential programme, their hostel facilities are awesome. Check out their website.
