Upvote No, the IBSAT cutoff is not same every year. The cutoff is released by the IBS campuses based on the number of applicants, difficulty level of exam, and number of seats offered. IBS top campuses like IBS Hyderabad and Mumbai have high cutoffs ranging between 75 to 80 percentile every year.
