Admissions are conducted in the university on merit basis (marks obtained in graduation).
Candidates can apply online or offline with required information. I don't think the college provides any external studies, but you can still confirm the same by clicking the link below and ask the college officials.

Chances of converting is high, but you need to perform well in GD, PI and extempore. These will be deciding factors not only in FMS-Delhi, but also in other IIM conversions.
Weightage of composite score:
CAT - 60%
GD - 10%
PI - 15%
Extempore - 5%
Class 10th - 5%
Class 12th - 5%.

For XAT and CAT, you can apply with 60 percentile, and then you need to clear the GDPI with very high marks. For CMAT, it is 75 percentile.

Great Lakes consider overall profile for evaluation. Your CAT as well as XAT score seems to be low. Consider taking GMAT and CMAT.

Since your MAT score is better than XAT, you need to apply to those colleges where MAT score is accepted. Depending on your preferred location, you need to choose a B School. You need to apply to as many B Schools as possible to increase your chances of selection. CMAT is acceptable at many reputed MBA institutions. But, if you aim Sinhgad, then better you give MHCET to score better, choice is yours. CMAT will give you better spectrum of admission.
