With this percentile, it will be very hard for you to end up in any good college. I would strongly recommend you to either work on your mistakes and sit in the MAT Feb exam, get a good score to get admission in a good college or if you have a chance then take a whole year rest work on your basics and then next year crack CAT with a very good percentile.

Yes, but you need to give other entrance exams, as it is a rule that you can't get admission without an entrance exam score. Try giving other entrance exams like CMAT MAT MH-CET etc. BIMM Pune accepts all these scores along with academics and you also need to perform well in GD PI.

It is a reputed college in Maharashtra. Please check with the current students regarding IB specialization and Shiksha reviews. PGDM and MBA are two sides of the same coin.
