It depends on where or which college you want to do your MBA. It costs around Rs. 3 to Rs. 4 lakhs in colleges in my city.

If you want to pursue CAT coaching course, then it varies as per the mode whether its full time classes mode or offline correspondence mode.
Class mode generally ranges around and above Rs. 40000, but there are certain scholarships test, where you can get your fees reduced depending upon the merit score.
Correspondence courses start from around Rs 20000 and above.

Fee structure of MBA courses vary from anything between 21000 to 20 lakhs in our country. It is difficult to predict the average. But spending 8-9 lakhs should fetch you a degree from a good college. But don't judge colleges according to the fees they charge for admission.

Academic fees for 2 years = Rs 4,90,000/- and hostel rent for 2 years = Rs 95,000/-.
Total fees for MBA for 2 years = Rs 5,85,000/- (for 2015-2017 batch).
May be subject to revisions.

It is around 12 lakhs for MBA in agri-business management.
