Thwre is no such thing called direct admission in premium bschools. Fees are same for all students except OBC, SC,ST. MAT & XAT have their own fees which is common.

You should go for MBA as it has more scope and better placements. You can try for colleges that have low fee structure and have an excellent brand name and placements like FMS Delhi JBIMS Mumbai SIMSREE Mumbai

Every institute has it's own course specific fee structure. In order to know the exact fee it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the institute where you wish to apply.
Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do
