Open MAT registration starts in the month of January and goes till February. For admissions in IGNOU for the year 2020, registrations will start from next year. Also check the below link-

PGDM is same as MBA offered by Private Institutes and B. Schools. You have to appear for CAT or MAT in order to get admission in any of the Institute.

The ICAI Exam also known as CA exams, is conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), to produce chartered accountants in India. The ICAI conducts various examinations corresponding to different levels of the Chartered Accountancy course, in accordance with the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988.
