GMAT and IELTS are both requirements for any form of study you wish to pursue along with the additional work experience that is often required in MBA. MBA in India from a good college will have an advantage as one gets opportunity of the campus placement process which is not there if one completes MBA overseas and then returns to India and looks for a work assignment.
