In case you intend to work in India, then MBA from India is good. However, if you intend to settle overseas, then MBA from abroad will be more preferred. You first need to divide your career objective & long-term life goals and then keeping them in mind, decide the way forward.

Hi, Be it anywhere, if your graduation percentage is less than 50, you cannot get admission for MBA in good colleges. But, with your graduation percentage, you can try in distance education mode or open university.

This would depend a lot on your interest areas and your career plans. If you intend to pursue career in academics / research / technical areas then M.Tech will make more sense. However, if you want to move into general management / non-technical areas then B.A. Could be the option to explore. Going overseas for MBA also depends on a lot of factors like financial capability / course curriculum / career plans / etc. You need to weigh all the possible options and then take a call.
