Hi,
MBA and PGDM are both management courses yet the only difference is the approach to its curriculum. While MBA is a degree, PGDM is a Diploma but valued more. University abroad offers majorly MBA that may be a year long or two.
The flexibility provided by PGDM is the key success factor of the course.
MBA only provides a degree to institutes associated with a university. While PGDM is not affiliated with any university and has its own syllabus, MBA is offered by universities and colleges affiliated to universities whereas an independent institution offer PGDM.

You can go for B.Com after 12th if you have interest in finance field. MBA in finance is a good option after that. If you are from science stream then you can go for B.Tech before MBA, you won't find MBA difficult even after B.Tech. MBA generally relates to business world. Exposure of 1-2 years in corporate world after graduation is apt before commencing MBA.

'In terms of ROI MBA from top B-Schools such as IIMs is the best option. However, if your target job market is in a foreign nation then you must aim for MBA from the universities of that targeted country.

Both the countries are good to pursue MBA. If you get decent B-schools in India, then you must join them. Otherwise, you can seek some colleges in Canada.
