Yes the opportunity is always there but you need to do MBA from an internationally reputed institute like IIM. I think that India is more suited for management education from all perspectives taken together.

Not many colleges offer specialization in MBA for aviation management. It is not difficult to choose which college to select. I am sharing with you the names of few colleges to choose from.
1. IIM - all states: This College without a doubt best for MBA.
2. Andhra Pradesh Aviation Academy.
3. UPES – Dehradun.
4. Narsi Munji – Mumbai.

Executive MBA is suggested to only those people who have more than 5 years of professional experience. Definitely, E-MBA helps in advancement of career but the growth prospects depend upon the individual's background and the company for which he/she is working with.

Hi Abhijeet,
You have to take this decision on your own. Apply to top ranked universities in both the countries, getting into a tier 3 university abroad will give little value as in India university reputation is more important. Moreover, the top schools will train you such that you can be fit to work anywhere in the world. India also has good business schools from IIMs to XLRI. Try in those as well.

If you can get into one of the most reputed institutions like IIMs, etc., in my opinion, India is a better place for MBA education as compared to New Zealand.
