Indian MBA from places like isb hyderabad or iim or fms n such institutes can't be compared with MBA from Canada as these are equally good if not better than MBA from top Canadian universities with lesser fee. However if not these than Canada is recommended as admission in Canada is easier than admission in India

Every college through out india accepts admission in mba only on the basis of entrance test score, whether any nationalized score or their own but non of college's or university accepts admission without any entrance score.

So I would suggest looking into growing business hubs, for example B schools in Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai and Hyderabad will be very good places to start.
