1 go for mba college without entrance exam
2 go for CAT , XAT , etc then choose college for MBA

depends on your area of interest, all are good. But the most no. of jobs produced are into marketing and finance. Hr and Operations have average jobs. niche specialization like International business have been on demand as well.
