The integrated course as BBA+MBA is good choice as further education in Management Studies. BBA is a basic course for business administration & MBA is a professional course. So i suggest that you may join this integrated course.

The top colleges are IIM Ahmedabad IIM bangalore FMS XLRI Manipal

Yes you can. Skill set required are Media Planning, Branding, Strategy Planning and Go indepth research with Philip Kotler textbook.
