The amount needed for MBA in Operations Management at KVIMIS (KV Institute of Management and Information Studies), Coimbatore, varies with the entrance tests such as CAT, MAT, TANCET or etc. As a rule, candidates should have no less than 50-60 percent in these examinations to be qualified.

In case of TANCET the cutoff marks ranges from 40-45 for general category students but 5-10 marks indoor for reserved category students. Yes, The MBA course at KSRDPRU, Gadag has direct admission and for this said course the candidate fulfills the following criteria. Applicants who have completed their bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university and with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST category) only can apply. Though, the university accepts entrance examination scores such as CAT, MAT or CMAT, but there is an option of direct admission if the seats are available after the screening.

KSRDPRU, Gadag charge an average of Rs 40,000- Rs 50,000 for MBA programme for the academic year. This encompasses academic fees for example tuition fees and other payable fees. Other costs may include test fees, library fines, miscellaneous, and other charges which differ from one academic year to another. As per the norms of the government, SC/ST category students may have fee exemptions or concessions for applying for this course.

As for the MBA programme of the KSRDPRU, Gadag the cutoff marks involved, are solely based on the entrance examination score and previous academic performance of the candidate. MBA programme students should have MAT/CAT/CMAT score with MAT/CAT/CMAT percentile score 50 percentile aggregate/ average percentage of the Bachelor's degree examination.

Another option for those scoring low in CAT exam is applying to non-IIM. Many B-Schools like SPJIMR, IIM DELHI, lal bahadur sastri institute of management accept CAT score between 80-90 percentile. these institutes rank above some of the IIM in the NIRF - MHRF's ranking list.
