The pursuit of an MBA at NERIM can be moderately challenging in terms of student background and commitment. The course is multidisciplinary, which covers various management aspects, very analytical, and communicative. Even though the curriculum is practical and industry-related, the amount of work done is challenging, especially on projects and exams.
However, the support faculty and peer network will alleviate learning. Success in the program, however, often lies on one's commitment to the involvement of coursework, group activities, and internship opportunities.

The academic record of students is good, and there is great demand for good analytical ability. So, the institute is moderately tough. This institute has very competitive study programs. Candidates have to clear entrance exams such as CAT or MAT, a group discussion, and personal interview before joining the course. Added rigors through the emphasis of practical learning through internships and projects, but better prepares the students for business challenges outside the classroom. Conclusion

IIFD Chandigarh is a fashion and design learning college more than a conventional management school like an MBA. It does not conduct the course of MBA, thereby its average salary details from an MBA cannot be brought for reference here. However, the IIFD specializes in the course related to the field of fashion, interior design, and textile, so most of its candidates join employment as fashion house/retail/designing firm employees. Salaries for fresh graduates vary by industry, experience, and role but average between INR 3 Lacs to INR 5 Lacs a year for design-related roles in India.
