PGCET cutoff ranks for MBA 2025 were 700 for the General AI category at PES University. For the CAT exam 2025, the cutoff percentile was 50 for the General AI category.
Students who want admission to this university for the MBA course need to give either the Karnataka PGCET or the CAT exam and attain a valid rank or percentile to qualify for admission.

Anna University admission to the MBA course is based on TANCET scores, followed by a counselling round. TANCET cutoff 2024 was released for Anna University affiliated colleges for MBA and MCA courses. As per the last-round cutoff, the MBA 2024 cutoff stood at 250 for Kumaraguru College of Technology, 387 for Karpagam College of Engineering and 404 for MEC - Mahendra Engineering College. For MBA, the cutoff scores was 6268 for M.A.M. Business School,Tiruchirappalli and 6227 for Surya Group of Institutions, Chennai for the General AI quota. Alagappa University follows the reservation policy as prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu. It also has 5% of seats reserved for differently-abled students (Government Letter No.12599/K2/2017-1, dated 21.07.2017). For admission in reserved seats, the candidates are required to submit the relevant documents. Moreover, the seat allotment for the PG course is done based on candidates performance in the accepted exams and performance in the selection rounds.
