Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. MBA has no age limit for students but certain MBA Exams like ATMA require the student to be 21 years of age at the time of exam. MBA can be done after completion of 3 or 4-year graduation (depending on the MBA colleges eligibility criteria). Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. MBA eligibility is the stepping stone in determining whether you are eligible to apply for an MBA course. The general MBA eligibility criteria is securing a minimum of 50% marks in graduation. Students from any field are eligible for MBA Admission but some colleges such as IIT Kharagpur require students to hold a 4 year Bachelors degree. As per my knowledge after completing plain B.Com you are suggested to take MBA specialised as finance, because the as a B.Com graduate you will be having good knowledge about finance so you could able to carry out that knowledge in MBA as well.

To become a HR consultant one needs to follow these steps:-
1. Get a Bachelor's degree.
2. Determine what you want to be generalist or specialist.
3. Give exams like CAT XAT NMAT etc. To get into top colleges for MBA. XLRI Jamshedpur is known for their HR's so for that you have to crack XAT. XAT happens in the first of January every year it's a three hour test. The level of difficulty is hard but worth it if you crack it.
